When I begin taking the Smash Tea I was interested for health benefits and I was suffering from what I though was rotator cuff issues. I believed it could help with the joint pain as well. I had difficulty raising my arm over my head or reaching back without pain. I had also recently been diagnosed by doctors as being pre diabetic so, I thought. Turns out I was a diabetic because my A1C levels were 6.9. At my 2 week follow-up my levels were 6.4 which is the prediabetic level now and no more joint pain in my shoulder. I can work my arm as I please. I believe the Smash Tea along with my diet helped with my issues.

The Passion Fruit Tea was Great. The night and next morning. The Blood Pressure Tea packets are working great. I need to order more. My BP from this morning was 125/78. Wanted to share these results. Awesome!

I have been having issues with my blood pressure since January. I had made several trips to my doctors office, the ER and about 6 wks ago an overnight stay at the hospital, because my numbers were extremely high. I was experiencing some joint pain, headache and nausea. They changed my BP meds for the fourth time and released me with 161/102 BP. I had ordered the 5pk Smash Tea for Women and began taking it the same day I was released from the hospital which was on a Friday. On Sunday morning I was feeling much better, my symptoms were all gone and my BP had began to regulate and my energy level was great. I would definitely recommend Smash Tea for Women to anyone that has joint pain or need a little boost of energy!

Smash Tea for women literally has given me energy that is effective all day. The bonus is resting peacefully and rising so refreshed in the morning. I am 76 years young and feel so amazing! The one thing I can honestly say about the Smash Tea is that it certainly gives me an energy boost. I love it! Energy is important and something that I have tried to maintain, as we all do on a daily basis, some days are better than others. When you have energy you get the most done and you feel good throughout the day! After taking the Smash Tea for a few days, maybe a little over a week I definitely could feel the difference! So much more energy! I highly recommend this Tea!

I have been taking the sugar free tea and the smash tea for about 6 days and my energy levels are better than it has ever been. My legs and back stopped hurting. I also do not have the brain fog that I had pryor to taking it. This increase in energy does not affect me when im ready to go to sleep at night. Definitely recommended .

I have been using the Sugar Free (Diabetic Support Tea) for about 3 months when I started my A1C was 13.5 and I was on Metformin. Now, my A1C is down to 6.0 and no longer taking Metformin.
