I started taking Beta Glucan last Thursday April 16th being a prostate cancer survivor I had surgery last June having to wear men’s depend for 6 months not having control over my urine it was very frustrating getting up 3 or 4 times a night not being able to go anywhere without going to bed bathroom but truly after starting beta glucan I’m have not got up once to go to the bathroom at night and I’m able to work and go to the bathroom normal i used to have to change my depend at least once a day but now i don’t have to change it at all anymore i am so happy and pleased with this product im getting a full night sleep and i was 197lbs before I started im 192lbs its a must to get on this product.
